They can hire more then 400 people at a time.
1.They can serve notice period as per their preferences without any discussion 2.In hiring process they will lie you and give you fake promises and then they will not provide the bare minimums. 3.Salary is very low for freshers to experience person. 4.The behaviour is very rude and bad by the the admin ,bhr , trainer and everyone.

Good salary for freshers, i used to work in chat support it was so relaxing at the start, but after few months they added new things which was a bit pressurizing, however it is cool

At Teleperformance they credit salary on time ie on the last day of the month. The trainers are good.
Salary is less, No proper management, There is no Work- life balance. The TL's are behaving like having they are the owners of the company. No promotion opportunity for the right candidate there is always favorism for the candidate who licks managers shoes only they get promotion. I would not suggest anyone to join this company.

Every thik and they are running scame in goregaon branch at client location which is Aisan paints office Asian paints is payment 30k for under graduate and 35k for graduate but are only given 15k to 17k salary and there is 130 per for overtime mentioned in agreement between asian paints and Teleferformance but the are not giving overtime

Salary credit time was fixed and good.
It was very horrible cause the work culture is very very bad . There are some Team leader who does not know how to handle the team and how to manage , they raise personal issues and give feedback.
