It is a pathetic company. Management is very very bad, no fecilities for employees,no job security. HR team is also very pathetic, no body knows what they are doing.no cab service for female employees in night shift (Amazon NA process). Before joining they promised that for night shifters office will provide cab facility but after joining they suddenly changed there policy..they do not care about any of there employees at all.
