I am worked at Teleperformance Kolkata , they said that they will provide the experience letter from the company with in 45 days and the salary also but they did not given any thing and the (BHR SOUMITRA , BHR SHAKIL ) both they said that they will but still I did not get anything from there side and i had been completed 6 months over there , few days ago they wanted the amount from me 9,000/- from me for the experience letter and the salary of 2 months ....Read More

Cafeteria has huge space...in working floor has shortage of space & system. Those who want a 3-4 month job... this is perfect company for them.
Dislikes
False promises made by HR... No target, semi voice, 20 calls/day, technical support and many more. These all are fake information.
Misguided by trainer, in day 1 recruiting for TCD, in day 4 transfer to Primary...
Salary hold for no reason...
The total job is dependent on customer response i.e Yes, No. If you get no...Tl will forcefully do logout for 1hr and mark as half day present. And you will get half salary.
Client service is not so good, delivery partners are failing to give service...for that reason customer give NO but it shows in my bucket..
In certification phase the total authority want to send you back to the home, only some trainers are trying to do their job bt the management team don't want any employee after 3-4 months.
70% of the training batch got terminated due to various reasons..
At 1st month of training nothing happened...like no training done...2nd month training started.... only 8days training done(u'll nothing learn). After this u have to take calls for 4-6 hours...for 2wks. After this u have to take full time calls(8:30hrs).
Many times you will try to certify yourself...bt they give you false reasons & keep you in training position... I this situation the TL & maneger are giving you very bad treatment, i.e misbehave, pressure, logout, mark half day present, misleading information,
At any cost they will terminate you.
Then same happens with the next batch.
Huge hiring bt after 3/4 months all are terminated.
No job security, salary hold issue.. scamming people, makeing peoples career bad....Read More
Work life balance says nothing happens in tp life will make coriander leaves. Personally I will tell guys not to join but give shift 12:30-9:30 this time is so bad that you can't do rest of your work. About the holiday, 26 holidays will be shown here, but if you want to take that leave, you have to answer that there is no such thing as National Holiday, and about the promotion, the promotion of boys is done before girls because intelligent people will definitely understand it. So MNC will tell hr in advance that salary is confidential so that you will feel ashamed to say it yourself. Now what do you do with your choice I went with my opinion....Read More

I really hate this how they treat to an employee how they misbehave how they CREATE EXTREME LEVEL OF MENTAL & PHYSICAL WORK PRESSURE . Maximum time they don't even allow to go to the washroom , WHO WANT TO JOIN IN TP (SBI PROCESS) IN KOLKATA PLEASE WEAR " HUGGIES PANTS " & GO ON A DIET because they also won't let u go to do lunch inlunch time...they will let u go after 4 or 5 pm to do lunch...they will only set higher expectations from u..but you can't expect anything from them....they behave as u r a " FACTORY LEBOUR" . If you are dying from illness still you can't get a leave because of work pressure.they will give u PL but u can't use this..this is just for show..So if u want to live a healthy life please stay away from TELEPERFORMANCE ....Read More
