There's nothing to like in this organization, because it's a scam. Explained below.

Joined on 25th August for Ola project and after a month (25th September) of work they ask us to leave. We were asked to write a letter mentioning "Failed to achieve certification". Then next month (19th September) everyone receives a letter mentioning "0" amount. So, whatever was the amount was deducted for remaining notice period. But no one resigned from job instead we were asked to leave, so company can't deduct money for remaining notice period. So, the BHR asked for employee ID to sort it. However, next day (20th Sept) when we call BHR, he mentioned that the policy is changed after we left organization, and that is "if you are failed to complete certification and leave organization COMPANY IS NOT LIABLE TO PAY ANYONE". So, we check the offer letter and to be shocked it's mentioned on 8th clause: "In the event of your in-ability to clear the training, the Company may relieve you of your duties with immediate effect without Notice Period or WITHOUT PAYMENT in lieu of Notice Period" This completely shattered all the employees who were waiting for their deserved salary. WE WERE NOT AWARE OF THIS CLAUSE AS WE WERE FORCED TO SIGN THE OFFER LETTER THEN AND THERE AFTER CLEARING INTERVIEW WITHOUT ANY TIME TO READ IT OR THINK ABOUT ANYHTING. The HR were adamant to make us sign the contract without wasting any time and complete the induction right away. And, no one had this in mind that it might be fishy, and the company might scam recruiting employees and making them spend money, time and effort and then ask them to leave. So, anyone joining Teleperformance, be aware of the 8th CLAUSE and SIGN THE CONTRACT at YOUR OWN RISK.
