We were having 2 week off, pick and drop facity, good environment

Poor salary and poor salary growth, no extra training, everyone was not allowed to participate in all activities. No growth opprtunities. Complaints were addressed very late andsometines not. During pregnancy no leaves were granted for medical check up need to fight and beg to management for leaves and walk to HR. Also HR use to listen to them and not us.

The option of going to the next level role in Aux provides learning opportunity.

List is too long to fit in. In domestic process like Flipkart - 1.Low salary 2.6 days working 3.The management is poor unable to move people on Aux to documented even after them clearing interviews and making false promises for months. P.S Run away as soon as you get a better opportunity never trust your RM's promises.

Even before the pandemic, which is somewhere around mid December 2019, the operations team took away my system and I was without a work station until they asked me to leave. I was stuck in a different location due to the pandemic which nobody tried to understand. I would surely take names of the most unprofessional managers and asst manager if this is taken forward. The only person who tried to help was Manpreet Singh from the training team.
