Less Salary according to work load Work Load No Job Security No Work Balance Overtime and didn't pay out Not Providing and Help and facilities No Support in any Form HR / Manger Not Providing job while our process Ramp Down , just for showoff they gave us fake sampathy and not providing any job , if they are proving job , theywill not provide you cab facilitate , work from office 50km of travel , and they will pay you same salary which you are getting in your work form home . Good salary for freshers, i used to work in chat support it was so relaxing at the start, but after few months they added new things which was a bit pressurizing, however it is cool

At Teleperformance they credit salary on time ie on the last day of the month. The trainers are good.

Salary is less, No proper management, There is no Work- life balance. The TL's are behaving like having they are the owners of the company. No promotion opportunity for the right candidate there is always favorism for the candidate who licks managers shoes only they get promotion. I would not suggest anyone to join this company.

There is no job security. There is a Manager in Teleperformance Kolkata whose name is Atindra Nath Chaterjee. He always want to Terminate employees for Personal Benifits. Teleperformance Management should terminate this kind of Manager.
