My work was going very well till March 2021 but after my TL changed of chennai telepreformance tafe process my work load was so much my other team members won't do data still they are questioned like me I left my job because that Tl and more over after listening tl words manager also started showing hell der words while I was in notice period made me hate company before that I was so happy working getting good performance certificates but this new tl made my job hell just because my id got locked which never heppened whole year suddenly heppened when I asked tl help he cloud unlock it and instead of helping me he was blaming me for doing wantedly still I got supl that day just because that Tl finally I called my Hyderabad IT they helped me but they needed password for unlocking for that also he didn't responded that's y I complaint to hr that my tl not helping me in unlocking my id from that day he started his behaviour towards me or else I was the person who completes all my data on time daily...Read More

Teleperformance is a very nice company we can learn many things from here TL and all the senior are very helpful they never says for to anything you can get holiday anytime and they don't deduct the salary un necessary actually the truth is this is the best bpo of indore

Your job is secured till you work as you are asked to, salary is the best in town for freshers, salary hike after years is worst. Managers needs to be reminded again and again if you need to have some work done.
