The domestic process should be more non partial about the promotions. Because the promotions process is not transparent at all. Those who getting the higher position are corrupted and pollute whole culture of the company. The employee care should be more active and sharp to handle those so called higher production managers.

Anybody in need of a role to work would never say its not worth it, it's always about the efforts we give to the company henceforth the reverts follows. The best we perform, the less we regret.

The timings and the offs, there's no personal space except Sundays, no time to be with family.

1.They can serve notice period as per their preferences without any discussion 2.In hiring process they will lie you and give you fake promises and then they will not provide the bare minimums. 3.Salary is very low for freshers to experience person. 4.The behaviour is very rude and bad by the the admin ,bhr , trainer and everyone.

I was in voice process in kochi, they'll put auto dial and you will not get time to breathe. Chances are big that you'll suffocate and die talking to customers in Teleperformance kochi. The slave minded employees will take whatever the TL throws at them. You will get 2 leaves every month but you can't take it. You have to cross oceans and meet with millions to get that leaves. There is nothing good to say about this company. Bad managers, bad team leaders, stupid rules. No matter what problem you have, any urgency, any trouble you face, these people will not let you take leave. If your house catches fire and you have to go home then the team leaders and managers of the company will ask you to go after a half day. Because whatever was supposed to happen has already happened, what is the point of going on now? So these types of team leaders and managers you will get there. You will have to take permission before going to the washroom, before going for the lunch break just like a school. You will feel that your school days are back. At the end of the day they scold you for not completing your targets and there is no etiquettes, manners nothing. Team leaders will talk to you as if you have asked for a share in their property. The managers will treat you like a servant. Everything depends on the politics of the company. Worst worst worst Company. No work life balance, no job security. U have to be manager's favorite for promotions.Unprofessional managers who will humiliate one or the other Employee.There is nothing to like about TP.

For WFH they don't have proper login tracker. For 8 hrs u have to login 10 hrs.Even For 7.50 login time they mark as half day and deduct amount from your salary. Plus the TL is another headache, u need to keep sayin him to correct the attendance.

I love the fact that the job security here is amazing and prefers their employees to stay within the TP family. Depending on your process and manager the experience can be worse to excellent . on average i can say that the work culture is 2.5/5.
