Well I will start with the job security, beause nowadays many people loosing there jobs. Its this term this will the most worst company in the list of top 100 worst company. From day 1 of this pandemic lockdown they stopped our salary as well and said no work no pay. They were not even providing is system. On asking they promised togive system but they never did and make us survive without salary for more than 4 months. 2nd thing they deduct the moneyof PF of the employeer share from the employee itself. That means if your ctc is 20000, in general you can expect in hand salary would be 1800. But no they will deduct the employeer salary as well and give you in had around 17000. 3rd, they have every kind of norms which will affect your appraisals thats good. But that will affect your salary as well. That means even a 5 mint of excess break can deduct your one day salary. That mean if you worked hard for the entire day, met targets as well but if you took an extra 5 mint break than you are screwed for the day. 4th, they dont pay if you are not holding any project. That means if you want to leave your project than you have to get selected first for some other project. They are not going to pay for the days in between two projects. Even they have a typical habit. If you get selescted for some project and final discussed salary on a phone call and you are from some other state. Now you get to office on the joining date and after recahing there they will start demotivating you that your versant is not cleared so you have to join so and so project and that project will have a less salary structure.
