My experience was very bad with tele-performance as I have joined Adobe process & they have threw me out from this company within 7-8 training days without any specific reasons & after that they did not even mentioned those policies before joining that they can eliminate employee within a week after hiring & no backup or process hasgiven to me & directly resulted to full & final. We cannot trust on this company because I have left my previous organization on instant resignation to join immediately in Adobe TP. Very unfair that they let their employee to throw in vain when there is so much unemployment in this country...i lost two jobs that month one that i left instantly & one that i have joined to be the part of by taking risk....Read More

They put every effort on target to meet anyhow even the employee is not capable or reach whether the employee has to sit for extra 5 hours. They deduct salary of employees even in notice period days too. Who company does that pract

If you wanna earn money..! Get in.

Seniors are not professional. You have to literally beg to get little things done which I don't like that. They all pretend like they listen and are there for you only but there you'll get trapped. Even for things which are in your rights to do or know ...they don't let you... Environment is not so good..! Lifts are...sorry, Lift is broken. You've to go through stairs upto 6th floor and down..!
