Worst place to work. No likes at all

Work life balance, everyone boss you around. Don't trust the positive feedback it is from the PPL who are at high post but it is hell on earth for freshers and PPL who doesn't speak. Terrible experience. Once I will leave this office won't even look back

It all depends on process to process imo, the process in which I'm working right now is the worst,no work life balance, they're so partial with females,they don't give opportunity to the females and say "they can't handle the pressure , and they only support makes..no appraisal/late appraisal.. etc etc there's a lot ..

Work policy: I mean it all depends as now I've learnt almost everything about this process so I can WFH on weekends but sometimes if they aren't happy they'll question you why ? No WFH.

Please don't go for this company, if your performance isn't good they'll make you exit . This organization believes in hire to fire policy, please don't go there. Worst process is Flipkart, no work life balance is there, they hire candidates just to impress their clients also make them resign after use like puppets. Campus is so gooood and so much beautiful completely fill with nature and specially nature loved guys are going to be loved this like me. And the canteen food is awasome. So beautiful office.

Work life is much pressuresied over here,Once you joined here forget your occasion and any enjoyable day this will never going to be happen here coz you are not allowed to be get leaved on timely.
