I was into project which I supposed to do enjoyed all the time irrespective with time and upskilled myself at the same time. I was an environment where manager Identified my potential from the day of task. Became alrounder of the project.

Where appraisal are not upto the standards.

Hybrid policy and some projects are good so you’ll get opportunity to work with future tools and technologies

Bench period is less and work pressure is high in some projects, Don’t join as a fresher if you have good development and coding skills because they mostly give support projects and the salary is also low 3.25LPA, not only techM every MNC do the same with fresher so it’s better not to join any MNC as a fresher

I have started my career in tech mahindra as a fresher it is like 3years now and my first package was 3.25 lpa and after 3years also it is 3.6lpa this is how techmahindra honouring their employees without increments and hikes. Kindly think about it and do some justice to the employees like us.

My team was good and aprt from that i didn't not like anything.

Management sucks I was working for 14 to 15 hours on night shifts No appreciation for your Hard work When I was in bench and tried to call and mails to different team(even no response from HR) put no response at all . And so many other shits to complaint.

It all depends on project. If you are mapped into BFSI then you will feel like you are slave, you will be always in under pressure because everyone wants to complete the work tomorrow. Manager wants you to do slavery rather than work. (specifically tejas shah from axis bank)

only a lateral joinee with more experience can seems to attain success rather than freshers. it also provides stability for senior citizens by involving overseeing a team of sheep. there are some good people at every level.

what is there to not like? After working as a fresher and coming out of the organization I'm still suffering from the PTSD. company had paste this "Great place to work" signs all over, to make employess feel postive. hyderabad campus was a shi**t hole smells like that too. if ur team says we are a family then its a lie.
