It's a nice environment to work with but when it comes to leaves specially in probation period they wont allow you to take leave & inform you to complete the exit formalities, which I don't like because ppl take leave for emergency or either for health emergency but they will not understand that and when you complete the exit formalities they will give you assurance for deduction in the salary with a 20% amount and after 30-45working days they will ask you to pay the amount. The client - 3 was best. Tech-M lacks drastically in matching the aura & dynamism that H3G had. Thought of rejoining the same process but not happy with the outsourced partner. H3G Rocks & Tech-M Sucks.

The people inside the teCH Mahindra is not supportive not understanding they are just team leaders manager toms they are all in groups they don't understand this staff importance they just threaten all the time to the staff if they make any of the mistakes while over the call or something like that they will just remove they just tell the people that there are lots of incentives in everything but inside there is lots of deduction and they are just giving DAP again and again...Read More
