Everything depends on your team,your manager,your management with whom you got a chance to work. If they are good,your life is good and if people around you are bad then your life is miserable.

1) No yearly salary hike or less hike ( every year they are having some excuses) 2) Manager and management doing politics and give chance to their candidates than good candidates. 3) some managers uses bench resources without billing or ever blackmail to get their job done. 4) less salary than other companies.
