The managers and the team are supportive and helpful. There is no pressure related to work and no targets.

Dislikes

The salary is far from satisfactory. The appraisal process is disappointing, and the infrastructure is in very poor condition.

Nothing to be liked. No job security. No hierarchy. No HR department as such. They only exist on paper. No learnings. No appraisals at all. They don't promote people on paper. Salary is also not up to the mark.

This company will except people work for them all day night but when it comes to salary hike, they delays and don’t even pay the arrears. Also, the hike amounts are very less that you won’t even see much change in your salary.

Toxic culture, higher management do not follow hierarchy for anything even after completing all your targets they push only that employee to make it more and do not appreciate for doing that.

They don't value you at all your personal life means nothing to them, they don't care about your health if you are not feeling well then you can work from home, infrastructure is not so good as like other company, washrooms are like public toilets, floors are not cleaned. Security doesn't talk professionally, they treat you as they are superior to you.

Dislikes

It's highly unprofessional, don't have employee value, don't care about employee well being, management is so poor, you are always hold accountable for your mistakes and given reminders for your mistakes never appreciates, manager's are biased.

Most unhygienic company ever.Warshrooms are dirty just like Public toilets.I have seen it in my career.After recruitment there is no responsibility of trainer and HR is also irresponsible.No career. Worst then ever. Experienced guys please don't spoil your experience after joining Tech M.
