It was good because of my TL. He was really good. Cab department was good.

Dislikes

Toxic culture, higher management do not follow hierarchy for anything even after completing all your targets they push only that employee to make it more and do not appreciate for doing that.

Well i have not worked much with the organisation but joining procedure was very confusing there were more than 300 employees under one supervisor and then when went to pick the office system the gaurds who sit on front office are very rude and took lot of time to allot the systems. Overall didn't liked the system at all.

Dislikes

There should be proper management system supervisor should be supportive and the portals are very confusing attendence and and everything like pay slip portals are really too confusing the training modules are confusing too and the trainers are not so helpful.
