Biased and Partial. No growth at all. Political Environment. Salary is like 1/4th of Market demand. In the name of IJP there is a salary increment of 200 rupees. For promotions they don't need hard working people only needs buttering. They won't give you leaves in your emergency as well. Job security is poor.

My colleagues were nice and helpful but they were also pissed off with the management politics so started leaving the company one by one when I joined.

Dislikes

Its completely manager driven company. HR rarely communicate with employees and it is of no good. Manager recruits according to their will and who ever do better buttering, without thinking about the company. They don't care about valuable skilled resources rather involved in office politics. in 2 years no appraisal even I was sitting at client side and giving full productivity.

Tech Mahindra company is a very good finance company, there are a lot of opportunities for your career there.

The thing that I dislike about Tech Mahindra Company is that the number of holidays available in it is only one, but it should be according to the bank, just as there is a bank holiday on second Saturday or fourth Saturday, similarly this rule should be applicable in it too.

The salary is satisfying and credits on account without any delay.

The process movement is not good at all in techmahindra. As movements are causing again ang again and no specific proper work security.

Tortures agents to do OT, they first day I'll receive the OT amount in next month salary but never credits. It's been 5 months im waiting for my OT payout. Big big chance for girls. The only way you will get promoted for internal job postings is only if you are a girl. Always selects girls for ijps. You'll work always in night shift. Huge work pressure. Zero work life balance. No matter how far or close you stay from office location, you will end up spending 12 hours daily for office. Long working hours No learning and development sessions.
