Internal politics, favouritism Work culture is very bad, high work pressure, mandatory OTs TL's doesn't support for anything..poor pay cycle.. variable pay which you get on performance basis and which is included in the salary package. No proper/dedicated/ less system to login. Immediate supervisor always asks to go to superior boss for any help

You work really hard and the client pays really well but they take all your money and pay you less than 50% of that money, rest goes to there pocket, they will provide you as much comfort as it sufficient to make you work like a slave. The organization will make you sick and tired. They just don't care weather you are doing well or not even if you have high fever they expect you to Work. No hygiene and facilities available for the people working. Full of harassment and anxiety they will give you. No proper food quality available and cafeteria is really dirty stinky.
