Tech Mahindra is worst company they dint give my salary and the employee are very unprofessional from employee to Tl and also managers.they don't reply and don't have manners to talk to new employees.

Tech Mahindra is not genuine company they don't have any responsibility of employees not at all employees helpful from small employees to managers are also not good they are not taking any responsibility of new employees and also about the salary they are very crucial and mannerless misbehave . unprofessional.

Work Details

Work policy: They told 9 hrs but the work is 12 hrs from 9am to 12 midnight

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Terrible experience....they treat employees as their slave and no career growth no promotion nothing..just work like u can't even breathe...they don't even allow to go washroom...the managers and the TLs are abusive and do not give respect to girls at all...Stay jobless rather than joining this company

Dislikes

Horrible experience...abusive managers and support team...not even a single second of break...Such behaviour led me to resign
