When we approach HR regarding any medical reasons or issues, they straightaway push the candidate for termination and resignation. There is no understanding of employees by the HR Team. No member from HR Team is supportive for situation.

Alright let's be real Tech Mahindra is a service provider of course they are puppets of their clients. Let me tell you my residence location was 6.9 KMS guess what they said - " we don't provide transportation here' anyways it's customer service job role of course you are gonna be treated as sla*es and remember tech Mahindra hires in bulk so I hope you get the idea. Go ahead and learn a skill and get out of this so called customer service industry , i left because i knew i could do so much better. And yes if you want to be in the industry find a better company. When you join this company you will realize that this company is eating 13-14 hours of your day. The management Biswajit Das & Padma Reddy are the worst. They are accidentally leaders. They don't know what they are doing. Very much Bias. They accept gifts from employees to promote them. Do not join the NBN or Kogan NBN process at Yerawada location Pune.

Pathetic Management. Trainers, MIS and QAs are kept in Same Pay band as agents for years before they even begin considering you for the next oppertunity. Operation teams don't do jack shit, just makes money for free with no hassle what so ever. But don't bother applying for Lead position because they will almost never hire anyone who's truly capable of being a Lead. IJP candidates are given partial treatment when it comes to Lead roles. They rejected me for Lead role stating Comms issue, then Promoted me to Trainer when none else was interested in the position. Highly biased operations Manager - Salma Sattar Shaikh (Handling a process under connect group as Smiths News) -- very poor management . She is extremely toxic for people and revengeful as well in a very very cleaver manner . Being a QA i have personally witnessed many of the tenured team leaders leaving the organization because of her mood swings , a total drama queen on floor and even agents are aware of her behavior. Currently she is running this process as her family business . I left the organization in June 2024 , even now some of the leads and SME's call and share about there grievance of being tortured by her. Anyone planning to join Tech M be very very cautious as DO NOT JOIN SMIITHS NEWS as there is no employee centricity and there are no efforts to retain employee even is they give their blood & sweat for the company . Extremely toxic Manager . Least bothered to save tenured employees . Nothing in black and white . Excess grey matter . She had be showcasing her SME as an assistant manager (Surpassing the growth hierarchy) Operates like a small gang. The work environment is very good and collaborative and their team members and seniors and colleagues are very helpfull and supportive . Overall tech Mahindra gave me the better opportunity to enhance my knowledge and skills.

Dislikes

Their shift timings are very inconvenient . Because their day shift is okay but night shifts are not good for the female employees because the shift timings like 4:00 to 1:00 So I was not comfortable to work there.

The thing that I dislike about Tech Mahindra Company is that the number of holidays available in it is only one, but it should be according to the bank, just as there is a bank holiday on second Saturday or fourth Saturday, similarly this rule should be applicable in it too.

Tortures agents to do OT, they first day I'll receive the OT amount in next month salary but never credits. It's been 5 months im waiting for my OT payout. Big big chance for girls. The only way you will get promoted for internal job postings is only if you are a girl. Always selects girls for ijps. Slightly better CTC. More ways to earn extra like, Work on weekends to earn more, shift extension.

You'll work always in night shift. Huge work pressure. Zero work life balance. No matter how far or close you stay from office location, you will end up spending 12 hours daily for office. Long working hours No learning and development sessions.
