Training not given properly. Even after training same topics like status check, delay in delivery are repeated. Without teaching concepts about returns and refunds.

I like tech Mahindra because the culture of tech is very good and gain the knowledge of blened process. I am happy to have much skills while working with tech Mahindra.

Dislikes

I got to know after completion of one year with tech Mahindra, there is not salary increment and they do not provide email access after 6 month for work from home candidate, I filled ijp and inform to connect me on my personal email but no response. Overall tech Mahindra is good company and give much skills and enhance the knowledge as well.
