There is nothing called culture in this organization. Here HR people are so rude that if you go to them for any concern they will straight forward tell you it's your concern company is not responsible for your problems. I have seen many employees including myself, they get hired for some location and after joining hr start asking them to come to either different location or different city. Worked as a cse for Flipkart process ,work from home , they recruit for 6month but after 3 month lay off this process and out from this company ,so pathetic for lots of employees but tech Mahindra don't care about that .
