Barely remember I guess people I was surrounded by were pretty good

Too many reason work life balance was pretty bad due to rotational shifts and week off for leaves we need to apply weeks before still not sure if it will be approved during holiday season and targets were just too much sometimes too achieve!!

Worst management in my project. My manager is highly disrespectful & involves in personal life of people. Tech Mahindra don't have sick leaves.

I’m not familiar with other campuses, but I worked at the Tech Mahindra campus in HiTech City. The outdoor surroundings, architecture, greenery, plants, swimming pool, and gym were amazing. I absolutely loved it!

I worked in the Verizon chat process, and at the time, I had no idea how the office operated with cheap politics. The IJP rollout was a waste, with fixed promotions and a terrible culture of nepotism and favoritism. No one seems to care as they’re only focused on the numbers. Only just average package of salary nothing else.

6 days of working in a week and no leave for employees working everyday for 10 hours shift in which only 1 hour of break, and that break will be monitored and not to be extended. They also call in national holiday, no diwali no cristmas, work life is very stressed, never join this company, if have some work the tech Mahindra management will not look and their Clients is very harsh and rude.

they extend work hours with 0 documentation, promotion for compromizing women is high, skill talent experirence is worthless here. for appraisal u get 4.88% in 2 yr. flat 5% salary hike if u get promoted. this is a living hell and desaster interms of managment. transport is worst and 1 HR for 5 process who only listens to managment

No doubt Company is good but the seniors who running the process are everage. They just know to get the work at any cost. Yes your personal life will be ruined totally. I haven't been given even my salary & leave encashment for the days that I've worked on at the time of FFS (Full and Final Settlement). Now even HR is not responding to my calls or texts. Terrible management and unreliable people at workplace that I've ever seen. They simply used me until they have dependancy with me in the project and have not paid for it.
