They will hire you for a Project and after some time they will put on Bench and you need to start the hustle to get new Project within 2-3 months of Joinning!

Tech Mahindra is an absolutely amazing organisation, the colleagues were amazing and the managerial staff were also supportive.

Dislikes

Everything. The work culture at tech Mahindra is very toxic, people do plan and plot politics against each other for no reason. Salary issues are there, shift issues, you will always be working and won't get to time even to use washroom etc.

Before 2019 I felt everything ok. But, in recent times nothing to share which felt ok except If you are working you will get Salary on time.

Bench period seems to be dangerous. If somebody is on bench then start Looking for job in another Company. Please don't trust you will get project once released. May be its a challanging time for tech m.

6 days of working in a week and no leave for employees working everyday for 10 hours shift in which only 1 hour of break, and that break will be monitored and not to be extended. They also call in national holiday, no diwali no cristmas, work life is very stressed, never join this company, if have some work the tech Mahindra management will not look and their Clients is very harsh and rude.

Job security also not there. If project gone, very few option to available for other projects. Hiring time project to go live, after that no project. Like govt job as per work culture..

Alright let's be real Tech Mahindra is a service provider of course they are puppets of their clients. Let me tell you my residence location was 6.9 KMS guess what they said - " we don't provide transportation here' anyways it's customer service job role of course you are gonna be treated as sla*es and remember tech Mahindra hires in bulk so I hope you get the idea. Go ahead and learn a skill and get out of this so called customer service industry , i left because i knew i could do so much better. And yes if you want to be in the industry find a better company. When you join this company you will realize that this company is eating 13-14 hours of your day. The management Biswajit Das & Padma Reddy are the worst. They are accidentally leaders. They don't know what they are doing. Very much Bias. They accept gifts from employees to promote them. Do not join the NBN or Kogan NBN process at Yerawada location Pune.

I’m not familiar with other campuses, but I worked at the Tech Mahindra campus in HiTech City. The outdoor surroundings, architecture, greenery, plants, swimming pool, and gym were amazing. I absolutely loved it!

Dislikes

I worked in the Verizon chat process, and at the time, I had no idea how the office operated with cheap politics. The IJP rollout was a waste, with fixed promotions and a terrible culture of nepotism and favoritism. No one seems to care as they’re only focused on the numbers.
