1. Process training is the best thing about TechM and rest nothing positive about.

1. No work life balance. 2. No proper management team. 3. No active HRs, if you want to leave organisation then you will never get proper FnF, you need to mail and tak followups just for a single thing. 4. No rewards and recognition if your performance is good. 5. Anytime they change process rules.
