My time at it was riddled with frustrations. The management style was consistently top-down, with little room for employee input or suggestions. Decisions were made in silos, often without considering the impact on teams or individual contributors. This lack of transparency and communication created a climate of mistrust and uncertainty. The company culture was equally disheartening. There was a palpable lack of work-life balance, with unrealistic expectations and a pervasive sense of being constantly "on call." The emphasis seemed to be on quantity over quality, leading to a decline in both productivity and morale. Additionally, there was a noticeable lack of diversity and inclusion initiatives, creating a homogenous and unwelcoming environment. Overall, my experience was a negative one. The manager don't know about the process and they just want work out of you. Yes all managers are not like these there are some of them promoting their TM and pushing them to their extend for their growth, Where some of them don't have courage to speak up in favor of their team member even if they are correct. My manager don't care about their emp work life balance he just want work. He will call you in your week off and will mark you half day for 5 min log in error. Some manager will mark half day for you due to system issue and wont help until HR intervein (HR are managers You know) don't believe them. Got appreciated by L3 Manager and L2 manager he want me to be in his team but my current manager wont leave me due to politics and internal issues.
