I have been working in tech m's BPO , it is one of the worst place some one can work. Where there will be a very less matured people around , the management is more partucular peeping their nose into employees personal life than the professional life. The management lacks professionalism . And not at all good for a girl to work there. In total working at tech m is an worst experience... The mangement will make to you to work for 12hrs and will fail to pay for you OT period. The management will never permit you to take leave even at an critical situation or life thretening situation. You will be theretened to be fired out of job....Read More

Especially the managent who cared about peeping into employees personal life. The managenent lacks professionalism.

Very hectic life , the management will make you to work for 12hrs and wont pay you for the OT periods you work.
