There is nothing to like with Tech Mahindra located in Sector 60.

Everything about Tech Mahindra in Sector 60 is bad, If you worry about basic hygiene then you should not even think about joining this company, washrooms always smell bad like they are not cleaned properly. In cafeteria, the steel plates you get to eat even a small dhaba can give you better plates than this company & the water they provide to drink is also not good, I suffered from diarrhoea and doctor told me to change the water and I had to switch to Bisleri water after which it was good. There are no good policies and good culture here, every senior acts like he is owner of this company and even HR and Senior Managers don’t have manners how to talk to employees and there is so much discrimination here based on your tenacity, tenure people get fix week off Saturday Sunday and the shift they want, new people have to manage with random week off and shifts, I would never recommend anyone to work in this organisation, they also add your incentive in your package they offer so please be aware of it when you think of joining this company but I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone....Read More

In my work, they’ve had a proper training session for the entire training period because the things in the process are vast. So, it needs proper trading of almost more than 1-month training to understand everything. Training part is good, I say

1. Salary deduction isn’t clear 2. No HR session on Salary structure discussion if asked by an employee, HR tried to escape from your salary bifurcation. 3. Your CTC includes quoted by your monthly performance incentive which is more than 10% of your overall CTC and this thing isn’t even clear at the time of your interview with operational HR. 4. Work life is worst, they switch your shift from day to night and night to day in a week. They think we can adjust this, we’re humans not a robot or Jenny from a bottle who can reschedule over daily routine after tapping a button in our bodies. 5. Management is worst, they don’t care about you. They only want you perform well and there score is at top of all the other sites on daily basis, that’s not possible.
