Well, I had to leave the company as there was a lot of discrepancies in the office letter and the salary slip and I had escalate this issue many time but the issue was not resolved forcing me to do a spot resignation after working with the organisation for 3 month's and yet the salary was not credited according, I had spoken to the managers and HR team but no one wanted to take take responsibility for the issue and it was not resolved, many of the members of my team have left the organization after one month seeing the discrepancies in the salary and i had waited for a proper response but there was no action was taken so i have decided to resign within 3 month's of my joining the organization...Read More
