Company work culture not all for all reasons people's. This is good for South Indian, other reagion people avoide for all company benifit, like work appreciate and other approval. Job security also not there. If project gone, very few option to available for other projects. Hiring time project to go live, after that no project. Like govt job as per work culture..

The skill development if we enter as freshers is zero. No project allocations, constant threat for job security. The HR is bogus. Managers will take full credit of your work. Will not allow you to interact with clients. Appraisal is low.single digit increment. Work wise will be working more than 8 hours in some days. There was a deliver manager named Amthe,PS,Preeta - she asked me to available from 10 am to till mid night and there is no working hours since we are working from home.

Internal politics, favouritism Work culture is very bad, high work pressure, mandatory OTs TL's doesn't support for anything..poor pay cycle.. variable pay which you get on performance basis and which is included in the salary package. No proper/dedicated/ less system to login. Immediate supervisor always asks to go to superior boss for any help

My dislikes are for some managers who is in the system for many years especially putcha reddy, from techmahindra 3 uk , he is top politician and a demotivated person, you cannot go against him as he have good contact in upar level, plus hr ..
