I love working at Tech Mahindra and above all factors holds good

Dislikes

Loyal to company but senior management wants to cut costs and fired all senior managers in their last phase of employment by reducing employment age from 60 to 55 years. This is very very inhuman policy

Presence in major cities of India. Prestigious customers, Wide options, technologies inside the company. Opportunity to travel abroad to work at client locations. Activities related to Social responsibility. Annual day function.

Dislikes

There is no value for Mid-year appraisal. Groupism. No respect for personal phone number, and private life.

After acquiring Satyam, company’s stronghold was strengthened and it has shown positive result to some extent for people who were genuinely good.

Dislikes

Vision and direction of leadership is not promising. There’s too much of politics. There’s rough attitude at top level leadership. Job insecurity is biggest concern

Work Details

My growth and work satisfaction were very promising until Satyam/ Mahindra Satyam. Immediately after transition to Tech Mahindra, this got saturated but not worst. I still enjoyed but last few years, negligence of leadership was felt
