Learning is good, Facilities and work environment are excellent.

Dislikes

Growth prospects after moving to higher bands are low. Not very condusive to cutting edge technology adoption. Not many projects/opportunities to handle AI/ML or other latest technology related projects. Even for x raters the hikes are mostly in single digits.

Joined as Project Manager with already an experience of 5+ years as a PM. Despite 4 years no promotion yet.

Best work culture within TechM , higher responsibilities, can take decisions independently and got support from leaders. Tremendous opportunities available for upskilling since last 3 years. More focus on diversity and women care and leadership support for womens to have in leaderdhip positions. Excellent opportunities for women leaders at TechM.

Compensation, allowances and employee friendly policies

Work Details

It depends upon which department you work and leaders you have. You may find very good work environment. However, if you work with same department for longer period, you may not move to other role or leaders may not feel comfortable to spare resources
