It was one of my bad experience after working for 3 previous company. Here the main focus was just to save your score. Upper Management like Director are just filling their pocket and leaving the employee with no appraisal or any appreciation. In terms of work it was zero centric and only giving false promises to save your scores. If you want to join in a company where you do not want to learn anything and want to make your like miserable then you should try once. - Was selected from the campus placement and was told about the internship which turned out to be a full time training with a trainer allotted to us -the trainer was not at all good 6 months just wasted from work from home and no new skills learned - the offer letter we got after 6 months of training had to be 2 years of bond and pay 1lak if we break it - additional they provide us retention bonus which we were supposed to pay if we leave the company after 24 months to 6 months , so basically it was for 30 months and this was not mentioned before for during the offer letter. - if you have experience pls don't join this company...Read More

To be honest it depends upon the project. I am in Verizon project and there is no rules and regulations. They do what want to do and if you will raise voice they will audit your chats and give u ZTP

Dislikes

In this Verizon process there are many people who are facing salary issue. Your bonus and OT amount get stuck if you do not have good contact with upper department. They do no provide email access to employees to raise voice or have anything documented. When you will say that anything was promised to you . They will ask do you have any proof.

Alright let's be real Tech Mahindra is a service provider of course they are puppets of their clients. Let me tell you my residence location was 6.9 KMS guess what they said - " we don't provide transportation here' anyways it's customer service job role of course you are gonna be treated as sla*es and remember tech Mahindra hires in bulk so I hope you get the idea. Go ahead and learn a skill and get out of this so called customer service industry , i left because i knew i could do so much better. And yes if you want to be in the industry find a better company.
