I like tech Mahindra because the culture of tech is very good and gain the knowledge of blened process. I am happy to have much skills while working with tech Mahindra.

Dislikes

I got to know after completion of one year with tech Mahindra, there is not salary increment and they do not provide email access after 6 month for work from home candidate, I filled ijp and inform to connect me on my personal email but no response. Overall tech Mahindra is good company and give much skills and enhance the knowledge as well.

It is a very good company & It's salary process is excellent I never expect that when I left tech Mahindra it's provide me the full amount of salary & extra payment also..But after I month they provide full amount of salary....I never expect that I quit this job...But situation demand that why I resigned... overall it's a very good company and Love Tech Mahindra....

As the work place is good spacious and some stress buster games are available on floor .Good to work atmosphere

As some tenure females co employees feel that I went try to ask some doubts feel asking there work as to be sured not to repeat the mistake once done not good helping nature ,bad tl , management all as was part of healtech app Narayana Health hospitals.

I worked as CSA in Flipkart VIP process, and It was average experience neither good or bad, company campus amazing and shift timings as per my requirement most of the time, but the process of flipkart and real time solution to customers was not that good, PF deduction system at TechM was not good

1. The Upper management is worst (HR,Manager,Senior Manager) 2. zero work life balance employees have personal lives too they made us work extra If clients target is not met that too without OT 3. If client will ask for our lives Techm will also offer client that too like client is superior to any employee working in Techm 4. If client has so much demand then payscale should also be at that level but no its very low 5. Promotions and appraisals are once in a blue moon in this organization only if you are lucky enough 6.
