As the work place is good spacious and some stress buster games are available on floor .Good to work atmosphere

As some tenure females co employees feel that I went try to ask some doubts feel asking there work as to be sured not to repeat the mistake once done not good helping nature ,bad tl , management all as was part of healtech app Narayana Health hospitals.

I worked as CSA in Flipkart VIP process, and It was average experience neither good or bad, company campus amazing and shift timings as per my requirement most of the time, but the process of flipkart and real time solution to customers was not that good, PF deduction system at TechM was not good

1. The Upper management is worst (HR,Manager,Senior Manager) 2. zero work life balance employees have personal lives too they made us work extra If clients target is not met that too without OT 3. If client will ask for our lives Techm will also offer client that too like client is superior to any employee working in Techm 4. If client has so much demand then payscale should also be at that level but no its very low 5. Promotions and appraisals are once in a blue moon in this organization only if you are lucky enough 6. No flexible working hours and weekoff changes, no proper salary, work doesn't matches with salary, work pressure is too much, no incentive grids, no appraisals, no bonuses 0 holidays except weekoffs, no leave encashments, bad company culture, no curriculure activities, process is not deep, nothing to explore new in this process and company, evrything is bad.

Policies are worst. There is no job security for VBA Developer. HR team is useless. Bench policy is meaning less. Wash rooms are not working properly. There is no central bench. Projects are scraps and there is no proper KT and SPOC.

There are some toxic people who does office politics and some managers who know only 10% about the project but handles multiple projects at a time. These managers take out their frustration on the employees giving them unnecessary deadline and pokes them throughout the day at work or even on holidays
