Highly biased operations Manager - Salma Sattar Shaikh (Handling a process under connect group as Smiths News) -- very poor management . She is extremely toxic for people and revengeful as well in a very very cleaver manner . I left the organization in June 2024 , even now some of the leads and SME's call and share about there grievance of being tortured by her.
