Terrible management and unreliable people at workplace that I've ever seen. They simply used me until they have dependancy with me in the project and have not paid for it. When the business goes down they don't hesitate to layoff the employee in days. When the issues in the project are reported the management doesn't interfere and take necessary steps to control the damage. Whatever the client says becomes final without any query and response. Worst management practices. Never join this company unless there is a compulsion.

RMG team is a disaster,they are too lazy and won't provide you projects when you are on bench even if you are a fresher they expect you to find a project by yourself and if you are not able to find a project they fill force you to resign and layoff. HR's are as unprofessional and unethical as they can get. Salary for freshers is worst in the industry as well as hikes are bad. My advice will be if you have better opportunity or even a startup offer join there instead of joining here and destroying your career.
