It was one of my bad experience after working for 3 previous company. Here the main focus was just to save your score. Upper Management like Director are just filling their pocket and leaving the employee with no appraisal or any appreciation. In terms of work it was zero centric and only giving false promises to save your scores. Worked as a cse for Flipkart process ,work from home , they recruit for 6month but after 3 month lay off this process and out from this company ,so pathetic for lots of employees but tech Mahindra don't care about that .
