From the beginning I had an opportunity to work with experienced colleagues who have shared good knowledge. Offices are good place to work according to our flexibility.

There was only one thing to like, if you are not much keen to work and have other goals in mind, it was a better place to sit idle and pursue those goals.

first, there is lack of project, there is lack of opportunity, there is very little opportunity and avenue to learn, lack of process and bad management. Had worst experience as a fresher, not because there was too much work but there was no work and opportunity to learn and progress. And worst, there was no one to listen.
