I have received offers from Mindgate(14fixed + 1 veriable) And TechM (12.6 fixed + 1.4 veriable). In mindgate veriable is yearly based on performance. In techM veriable is on monthly basis and it is not based of performance. Both are for similar role i.e. Java backend. Which company is better for career and growth

Work environment is good. Always a proper care will be taken by management if employee is working well.

Dislikes

Always sticking to a guy who always performs and they won't care and give opportunity to others. Management needs to be improved a lot. Hikes are very less,too much politics. Very very difficult to shift project and to relocate to any other location.
