Vison of the company is great.Training and development more technical flexible working hrs.Insurance covered and options for parental insurance self paid.
Lade back leadership, more preachers then doers , domains work in silos , process only in books not being followed literally. Non technical training are scarce and not upto the mark. Compensation is below market.

Appraisal.. All tech mites know this problem where the company never gives the appraisal on time. Also the arrears amount was not provided for last FY Leaves... As per our project, If a individual takes a emergency leave or doesn't show up to work. He will lose his incentives, has to apply a leave, and need to cover the login hours.
