No increment no appraisal even if you do extra ordinary work work and gets multiple acknowledgement from client. Some times your tech m assigned manager will cause unnecessary stress to you

They dont see ur work and they dont give u value and they dont give nice rating after doing their tasks also . Taking maternity leave then after coming back from leave they will not give u opportunities to attend interviews or anything . They simple as you to resign …worst company .

they extend work hours with 0 documentation, promotion for compromizing women is high, skill talent experirence is worthless here. for appraisal u get 4.88% in 2 yr. flat 5% salary hike if u get promoted. this is a living hell and desaster interms of managment. transport is worst and 1 HR for 5 process who only listens to managment

No doubt Company is good but the seniors who running the process are everage. They just know to get the work at any cost. Yes your personal life will be ruined totally. I haven't been given even my salary & leave encashment for the days that I've worked on at the time of FFS (Full and Final Settlement). Now even HR is not responding to my calls or texts. Terrible management and unreliable people at workplace that I've ever seen. They simply used me until they have dependancy with me in the project and have not paid for it.
