There is nothing called culture in this organization. Here HR people are so rude that if you go to them for any concern they will straight forward tell you it's your concern company is not responsible for your problems. I have seen many employees including myself, they get hired for some location and after joining hr start asking them to come to either different location or different city. The management Biswajit Das & Padma Reddy are the worst. They are accidentally leaders. They don't know what they are doing. Very much Bias. They accept gifts from employees to promote them. Do not join the NBN or Kogan NBN process at Yerawada location Pune.

I’m not familiar with other campuses, but I worked at the Tech Mahindra campus in HiTech City. The outdoor surroundings, architecture, greenery, plants, swimming pool, and gym were amazing. I absolutely loved it!

I worked in the Verizon chat process, and at the time, I had no idea how the office operated with cheap politics. The IJP rollout was a waste, with fixed promotions and a terrible culture of nepotism and favoritism. No one seems to care as they’re only focused on the numbers.
