Work pressure, there's no increament, No leaves approve that's why attrition % is very high.. behaviour is not good. Always interrupt employees personal life or personal matters. If someone need leave than manager or TL adjust there leave or convert into week off.

There are some toxic people who does office politics and some managers who know only 10% about the project but handles multiple projects at a time. These managers take out their frustration on the employees giving them unnecessary deadline and pokes them throughout the day at work or even on holidays

Full of dislike , no good projects , meager compensation and salary hikes happen once in 18 months and that too meager ,they consider employees as beggars and given them penny in all areas . Complete management is pathetic. in 1 year I have witness 8 process ramped done. No action on the managers but they are getting promotion, but the people who actually worked hard for the process. Management didn't bothered about them. Its all about who all can do what to please the managers
