It is the worst organization ever. They have no respect for their female employees. Such late night shifts for female employees. Apart from that if the employee is not feeling well she will be threatened to resign. Worst organization ever.

Internal politics, favouritism Work culture is very bad, high work pressure, mandatory OTs TL's doesn't support for anything..poor pay cycle.. variable pay which you get on performance basis and which is included in the salary package. No proper/dedicated/ less system to login. Immediate supervisor always asks to go to superior boss for any help

No proper hike and no actual promotion. Management should consider and rectify concerns of employees, atleast for them who is working hard and showing result but that is missing.

My dislikes are for some managers who is in the system for many years especially putcha reddy, from techmahindra 3 uk , he is top politician and a demotivated person, you cannot go against him as he have good contact in upar level, plus hr .. He haras people who he don't want his team, where one of my friend got so frusted and he was upto doing sucide. Tech mahindra should check about him..
