Full of dislike , no good projects , meager compensation and salary hikes happen once in 18 months and that too meager ,they consider employees as beggars and given them penny in all areas . If you are assigned to a project then Tech M management won't ask you anything and it's up to you how you manage your client which will eventually leads to your work life balance

No increment no appraisal even if you do extra ordinary work work and gets multiple acknowledgement from client. Some times your tech m assigned manager will cause unnecessary stress to you

Top leadership acts like a boss instead of being a leader. They're quick to blame others and do not take accountability for their mistakes . Discourage work like balance and skills development . They hold grudges and aims to fire people instead of fixing their issues and retaining them . Extending the shift is promoted at the cost of personal health .

Nothing to like about this company. Worst Management in Pune Yerawada location.

The management Biswajit Das & Padma Reddy are the worst. They are accidentally leaders. They don't know what they are doing. Very much Bias. They accept gifts from employees to promote them. Do not join the NBN or Kogan NBN process at Yerawada location Pune.

I’m not familiar with other campuses, but I worked at the Tech Mahindra campus in HiTech City. The outdoor surroundings, architecture, greenery, plants, swimming pool, and gym were amazing. I absolutely loved it!

Dislikes

I worked in the Verizon chat process, and at the time, I had no idea how the office operated with cheap politics. The IJP rollout was a waste, with fixed promotions and a terrible culture of nepotism and favoritism. No one seems to care as they’re only focused on the numbers. Tech Mahindra is an absolutely amazing organisation, the colleagues were amazing and the managerial staff were also supportive.

Dislikes

Everything. The work culture at tech Mahindra is very toxic, people do plan and plot politics against each other for no reason. Salary issues are there, shift issues, you will always be working and won't get to time even to use washroom etc.
