Work Culture with Indian Client is worse, No empathy for the Employee whether they are stressed, Depression and whatsoever conditions they are in, they just want work, I tried resigning from the company still they are not ready to leave me, dispute I have completed all the work

It is a very good company & It's salary process is excellent I never expect that when I left tech Mahindra it's provide me the full amount of salary & extra payment also..But after I month they provide full amount of salary....I never expect that I quit this job...But situation demand that why I resigned... overall it's a very good company and Love Tech Mahindra....

As the work place is good spacious and some stress buster games are available on floor .Good to work atmosphere

As some tenure females co employees feel that I went try to ask some doubts feel asking there work as to be sured not to repeat the mistake once done not good helping nature ,bad tl , management all as was part of healtech app Narayana Health hospitals.

I worked as CSA in Flipkart VIP process, and It was average experience neither good or bad, company campus amazing and shift timings as per my requirement most of the time, but the process of flipkart and real time solution to customers was not that good, PF deduction system at TechM was not good

If the employee on bench and given the internal interview so this process is time consuming because we don't received from there side so in that case your bench time will reduce. If you profile is audit an review in that case you will not received any update related to project allocation. same thing happened with me, I got the project at last moment but not got confirmation from project allocation team so in this case they give me the exit formalities. As of now it is work life balance for me. But heard lot of negative talk on this from the other teams

Managers dont follow the policies set by the top management. Policies are just to show that they have something called a policy. Each manager follows their own set of policy. For example, there is a policy of hybrid work, but my manager enforces 5 day WFO and gives warnings if we dont follow it

A lot of drama and toxicity at workplace. Favouritism at its peak. Being working at client location , HR visits are only for giving out warning letters. No HR cares about its employees. Complaints from the employees are not taken seriously and are ignored. Employees working for last 10 years are getting only one percent hike while they are on boarding new people with double two triple salary.
