As the work place is good spacious and some stress buster games are available on floor .Good to work atmosphere

As some tenure females co employees feel that I went try to ask some doubts feel asking there work as to be sured not to repeat the mistake once done not good helping nature ,bad tl , management all as was part of healtech app Narayana Health hospitals.

I worked as CSA in Flipkart VIP process, and It was average experience neither good or bad, company campus amazing and shift timings as per my requirement most of the time, but the process of flipkart and real time solution to customers was not that good, PF deduction system at TechM was not good

1. The Upper management is worst (HR,Manager,Senior Manager) 2. zero work life balance employees have personal lives too they made us work extra If clients target is not met that too without OT 3. If client will ask for our lives Techm will also offer client that too like client is superior to any employee working in Techm 4. If client has so much demand then payscale should also be at that level but no its very low 5. Promotions and appraisals are once in a blue moon in this organization only if you are lucky enough 6. Work Culture with Indian Client is worse, No empathy for the Employee whether they are stressed, Depression and whatsoever conditions they are in, they just want work, I tried resigning from the company still they are not ready to leave me, dispute I have completed all the work

Tech Mahindra is absolutely fine but the process I was working with, that management & the supervisors are extremely worst except 1/2, they treat employees as they are slave, I'm pretty sure most of the employees are dealing with mental pressure for sure, that NH Narayana Health process is running the reputation of TechM, ex employees are writting negative reviews about the process in Google reviews but no one is taking any action....Read More

You can grown only if you try pleasing the seniors

A lot of drama and toxicity at workplace. Favouritism at its peak. Being working at client location , HR visits are only for giving out warning letters. No HR cares about its employees. Complaints from the employees are not taken seriously and are ignored. Employees working for last 10 years are getting only one percent hike while they are on boarding new people with double two triple salary. Apraisal is very poor, occurs every 2 year and only with 2 percent hike. There is no perks and benefits. Work satisfaction is zero.

No flexible working hours and weekoff changes, no proper salary, work doesn't matches with salary, work pressure is too much, no incentive grids, no appraisals, no bonuses 0 holidays except weekoffs, no leave encashments, bad company culture, no curriculure activities, process is not deep, nothing to explore new in this process and company, evrything is bad.

There is no job security if the process goes ramp down then you’ll not be getting any alternative in the same location rather they’ll suggest to relocate to other locations to noida kol Chennai which is really disappointed.
