Dislikes

No increment no appraisal even if you do extra ordinary work work and gets multiple acknowledgement from client. Some times your tech m assigned manager will cause unnecessary stress to you

Thay have prompt management if you don’t have project thay have 100 reasons to tell you.

Dislikes

They don’t have projects. Still they hire people’s. They put you on bench till one month after that forced you to put down your paper. Your repotting manager change randomly in the system.

Appraisals are very disappointing, and appraisals do not even happen (eg:- 2022 & 2024 no appraisals at all) and when asked to HR, even HR does not have any clue and questions are ignored.

I just liked the work culture. But they don’t bother about your project and we have to leave the company forcefully if we don’t get any other project.

No Job Security. I can not expect from such a big company as they don’t have single opportunity for an employee to fit in and forcefully asking to leave as they couldn’t find another project.

Company give appraisals every alternate year and hike in the range of 1 to 4 %. Promotions are delayed for 6 to 8 years as everyone is stuck in their roles. Leadership only care for their own well being and ESOPs. Sales teams accepts deals at lowest margins forcing tech people to work long hours and with no rewards.

1. Only join if you do not have a job in hand 2. Higher management people wants to RULE in the name of GOVERNANCE and development of the team 3. They make their own cartel by bringing their own people from previous companies so that you cannot escalate the things to the higher management. 4. They are ruining the market by quoting less bids to get the projects 5. Company aim is to simply get the projects without doing proper research and analysis about the project in terms of required resources. 6. Getting projects at the lower rate and overloading staff, making them work for 12 hours without paying anything extra. 7. No additional perks. 8. Everything. Management pressurize advisors to complete secondary KPI and also pressurizes not to follow primary KPI if secondary KPI not met. No support from management Management is worst. HR will help you only when you complaint regarding them to CEO and top management

I like Tech Mahindra because of it's big name(i,e. MNC) Tech Mahindra is very big company and it have many branches with so many processes which help to grow in corporate field.

Dislikes

Tech Mahindra is an MNC but the process in which I work with is new that is why the management is not able to handle the associate's.

Organisation was great and wonderful. But people like ( VEENA ADUSUMILLI the Project manager ) is torturing employees with her narcissist behaviour. She is the reason I have left the organization. As the work place is good spacious and some stress buster games are available on floor .Good to work atmosphere

As some tenure females co employees feel that I went try to ask some doubts feel asking there work as to be sured not to repeat the mistake once done not good helping nature ,bad tl , management all as was part of healtech app Narayana Health hospitals.

I worked as CSA in Flipkart VIP process, and It was average experience neither good or bad, company campus amazing and shift timings as per my requirement most of the time, but the process of flipkart and real time solution to customers was not that good, PF deduction system at TechM was not good
