It was one of my bad experience after working for 3 previous company. Here the main focus was just to save your score. Upper Management like Director are just filling their pocket and leaving the employee with no appraisal or any appreciation. In terms of work it was zero centric and only giving false promises to save your scores. To be honest it depends upon the project. I am in Verizon project and there is no rules and regulations. They do what want to do and if you will raise voice they will audit your chats and give u ZTP

Dislikes

In this Verizon process there are many people who are facing salary issue. Your bonus and OT amount get stuck if you do not have good contact with upper department. They do no provide email access to employees to raise voice or have anything documented. When you will say that anything was promised to you . They will ask do you have any proof.

honestly, I did not like anything about the company from day one how they treated the employee literally like a puppet as the employee does have another way to do this job

Career development is very good in tech mahindra also techmahindra provide jobs to understand graduates who are pursuing distance education.

Salary increment is very bad in tech mahindra, no matter what position you get your salary wont increase as per the position and experience, and they provide hp laptops and they hang a lot, being an MIS i felt like they should provide better laptops to the people who work on heavy task, the performance of the laptops are very poor.

6 days of working in a week and no leave for employees working everyday for 10 hours shift in which only 1 hour of break, and that break will be monitored and not to be extended. They also call in national holiday, no diwali no cristmas, work life is very stressed, never join this company, if have some work the tech Mahindra management will not look and their Clients is very harsh and rude.
