1. there is lot of skill development / technical learning programs going on. you will definitely enjoy learning part. 2. Tech M org enough good to start your career & explore other opportunities. 3. work is depends upon client to client. which client your mapped. overall ok to work in Tech mahindra.

1. No increment from last 2 years. 2. Appraisal is like peanuts. 3. Once you map in any project. tech m BHR not respond you.no support as well. 4. its good company to start for freshers & spend 2 to 3 yrs then move on.

I will be very frank..The work life balance might differ according to project. For me, Work was never an issue within the project. Its just that you should be knowing what you are doing and you are working as per client requirement. that's what every company wants from you. A perfect CSAT and a supporting manager is an addon. Not every project has this benefit but my manager is very cool he only bothers about if I have delivered the work or not. If not, he will extend his support. Manager cares about the employee and in my past 3 years at TechM, My manager never called me on weekends or forced me to work on weekends. Instead he will say, why you are working on weekend, Do it on weekdays. I am lucky to have manager like him....Read More

Manager is also loaded with work, so bit difficult to take out his time for resource's concern. Rest all really good. One more thing, Office location should be close and should be allocated as per resource's travel feasibility.

No doubt Company is good but the seniors who running the process are everage. They just know to get the work at any cost. Yes your personal life will be ruined totally. I haven't been given even my salary & leave encashment for the days that I've worked on at the time of FFS (Full and Final Settlement). Now even HR is not responding to my calls or texts. Terrible management and unreliable people at workplace that I've ever seen. They simply used me until they have dependancy with me in the project and have not paid for it. Too much politics they will never see your work or talent they need the person who satisfy them. They will give them promotion and all if there performance is 0 also..if we raise our voice they will silently remove us by giving ztps and all

When the business goes down they don't hesitate to layoff the employee in days. When the issues in the project are reported the management doesn't interfere and take necessary steps to control the damage. Whatever the client says becomes final without any query and response. Worst management practices. Never join this company unless there is a compulsion.

RMG team is a disaster,they are too lazy and won't provide you projects when you are on bench even if you are a fresher they expect you to find a project by yourself and if you are not able to find a project they fill force you to resign and layoff. HR's are as unprofessional and unethical as they can get. Salary for freshers is worst in the industry as well as hikes are bad. My advice will be if you have better opportunity or even a startup offer join there instead of joining here and destroying your career. When we approach HR regarding any medical reasons or issues, they straightaway push the candidate for termination and resignation. There is no understanding of employees by the HR Team. No member from HR Team is supportive for situation.
